My stay was quite mixed at this hotel. On one hand, the spacious room with a tatami area and the beautiful pool were definitely highlights. On the other hand, the service was lacking at times, and I experienced a significant issue when the electricity went off during heavy rain. Overall, it was a pleasant vacation, but there were some aspects that could be improved.
I had a fantastic two-week stay at Patong Paragon Resort and Spa. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful, the buffet breakfast offered plenty of options, and the hotel was clean with a fantastic pool. However, the beds were a bit hard, and there weren't enough lounge chairs by the pool. Overall, I would definitely recommend this hotel and would love to return.
Our stay at the hotel was pretty disappointing overall. Although the beach was just a stone's throw away, which was a definite plus, the quality of the rooms left a lot to be desired. The staff were incredibly hardworking and did their best given the circumstances, but maintenance issues and poor dining options really brought down the experience. Based on our visit, I wouldn't consider returning next year.
I had a wonderful stay at the Patong Paragon Resort & Spa, where the spacious deluxe room offered a stunning view of the swimming pool, which I loved waking up to. The short 2-minute walk to Patong Beach made my experience even better. However, I wish the TV options were better since I enjoy relaxing in my room. Overall, it was a fantastic experience that I would recommend to anyone visiting Phuket.
This hotel was a gem after our initial Airbnb mix-up. The check-in was smooth, and the staff made us feel welcomed with a free drink and cold towels. We opted for a spacious pool access room that exceeded our expectations. It's conveniently located across from a beautiful beach. However, the pool hours weren't strictly enforced which caused some noise issues at night and early morning. Overall, it was a fantastic stay, and I would return without a doubt.
